We ship to selected destinations worldwide using Deutsche Post and DHL. Shipping costs are based on your destination and the total weight of your order and are calculated automatically at checkout.

• Rest of the World: from €6.90 (for orders up to 100 g)

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3 working days after your order is placed.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service. Please allow additional time for weekends, public holidays and possible customs processing.

For pre-order products, estimated dispatch times are communicated separately on the relevant product page.

SHIPPING METHODS & TRACKING

Smaller items, such as Adventure Scarves, Animal Masks, Temporary Tattoos and Pacifier Clips, are generally shipped using a tracked Deutsche Post service.

Butterfly Wings and larger orders are shipped with DHL Paket.
